An experiment was conducted at the University of Illinois to determine the concentration of digestible and metabolizable energy in our product Pro88 compared with other sources of high-quality protein. Due to its concentration of fat, Pro88 has a greater concentration of both digestible and metabolizable energy than other sources of protein. This suggests a greater digestibility of nutrients in general and contributes to a more efficient diet.
